Android "Gameplay"

Is this playable on Android for anyone? I have a Pixel 8 Pro and it's absolutely terrible to play on. Thankfully I'm a developer and also have an iPhone 12 to test on and it works amazing on that device.

Curious what Android y'all are using and if you can play it on that. I think I'm going to base my next phone purchase based on the RLS playability.

So glad they brought back Squash in the new season!

So I can remember how much I hate it : P

Am I just terrible at this one, or is it a round of insanity the whole time?

Hiring Part-Time SDR / Appointment Setter (Remote) | $15/hr + Bonuses | Realistic $18-$30+/hr (US/CST hours)

We're hiring friendly callers to reach out to trailer dealerships, keep things casual, and invite them to hop on a demo of our dealership and leads management software.

The goal of each call is to find out if they are interested in learning more about our software and if they would like to schedule a demo.

If they are not open to a full demo, we can send them a quick 2 minute video overview of our software and would just need a good email or cell to send that to. After viewing the video, we'll send them some bacon as a thank you :)

Compensation

This position is performance-based and includes:

  • $15 per hour base pay
  • $1 per quick demo sent
  • $8 per quick demo completed
  • $30 per full demo booked

Most successful callers earn between $18-30+ per hour, with top performers earning more.

* I will ignore any chat requests, only applicants through the website will be reviewed.

TL;DR : Where can a poised SaaS go to find reliable sales reps that will actually make the calls? Any tips on that hiring process? Our compensation packages are great, we just can't seem to find one that actually picks up the phone.

More details...

We're entering year 3 of our company and I've completely slow rolled the entire process to ensure it's a solid base for a company. We've done a couple of tradeshows to pick up initial clients and have proven the concept to the point of profitability.

We've picked up a few "tradeshow sales reps" that could only help with the tradeshow incoming clients and seemed to fizzle after that.

Now we're at a point where we hire a sales rep, they promise the world, don't use our CRM and essentially stop making calls within the first couple of weeks if they even get that far. I'm wondering if it's really that hard to find a solid sales rep.

We are starting with 1099 simply because onboarding another W-2 rep that fizzles is such a pain as a company.

In contrast, my amazing wife who has no sales experience called 10 potentials randomly and booked 3 demos from those 10.

I know the market is poised and wants what we're offering (not fluff, this coming from way too many years on the tech side of startups), we just can't seem to hire a good sales rep.

If you've made it this far, thank you! Any help or guidance is appreciated. I'm on the tech side of things and *not a sales guy*.
