Can anyone share what their C-section experience at Monmouth medical was like?

What time did you arrive…was your baby with you the whole time …how long until you could eat…how was your room/staff etc

I have to have my baby at 36 weeks so any experience with late preemies is also helpful

Thank you!

Is you delivered at Monmouth medical center, did you have a private room?

Idk if people always get private rooms for labor so sorry if this is a dumb question lol

Also how was the food? Could you order it whenever? Morristown basically had room service

Fibroid by placenta

Anyone else dealing/dealt with this? I have a ton of fibroids even though I JUST got a myomectomy last December and of course one is right by the placenta

I am freaked out and any stories positive or negative are appreciated

Anyone else have their placenta very close to a fibroid?

My ultrasound shows a fibroid right on top of where my placenta is. I’m twelve weeks. Does anyone have any stories to share on this?

I’ve had a myomectomy but they left the ones in my uterus alone and now they’re causing me trouble

It looks like up to a 30% chance of placenta abruption…which does not have great outcomes for the baby (or possibly me)

For those post-myomectomy/with fibroids during pregnancy, did you get extra monitoring?

I “graduated” from the clinic that did my myomectomy so I’ve already had a lot of ultrasounds compared to the normal course, but my first ob appointment is this week and I’m wondering if they will schedule me more often than a regular pregnancy (I.e more than once a month)?

Also I’ve asked this before, but at what gestational age was your C-section scheduled, and when did you schedule it? Always curious! Thank you

If you conceived after a myomectomy and needed a C-section, when was your C-section (in weeks/days)?

Excited to pick a date but seeing information ranging from 36-39 weeks!

Iv drips from wellness spas

I have a ton of credits at restore. Has anyone used IV drips from there or any of the other iv drip companies? I’m feeling dehydrated and curious whether your doctors signed off on this and if so what type of supplements/vitamins you got in the drip.

Positive test 6 months after myomectomy

I had a laparoscopic with relatively large bikini cut for 2.5 pounds of fibroids on Dec 1, and another procedure (kind of d&c hysteroscope style) in March. I got my first positive result yesterday.

What I am wondering is does anyone have advice for a first time mom on how to handle this? Should I be checking with my fertility doctor or just go to an obgyn? I have some pain in my lower right quadrant, but I can tell if it’s just gas or implanting or scar tissue etc

Any recommendations for special precautions after surgery? Success (or non success stories)?

Any help is appreciated, just feel like chatting with some folks who went through pregnancy after these

Am I crazy to think these are positive

Sorry for the messy towel under them. We tried on the 3rd and my watch thinks I ovulated on May 5th. This was our first real try but I’m older and had to get fibroid surgery first, so I am massively surprised if this is positive. Any input is appreciated
