🚨Call the Cops! Alert the Media!🚨 My 3.5yo finished his plate

My husband travels a lot for work so I've been home with 3 under 4 all week.

Tonight's meal: Frozen Voila Chicken Alfredo that I added extra heavy cream, grated Parmesan, and Italian seasoning to. And cut grapes with yogurt covered pretzels for dessert. Edit: I also put shredded mozzarella on top when I plated it

I sent him a Snapchat of the before plates and I'm kicking myself for not saving it. My child who basically refuses to eat anything other than snacks said, and I quote "mmm this is tasty" and ate his entire plate 😲

Kids are 3.5y, 20mo, 2mo.

The 20 month old couldn't have cared less and just played with it. Still calling it a win though!

Nobody warned me about the car thing.

I'm 2 months into an 18month age gap and an older sibling (3.5y). Nobody warned me it would take a MINIMUM of 2 trips to load and unload the car EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

My now 20 month old is a runner, and we have a Tahoe so with it being higher up, and he's still rear facing, it's easiest just to carry him to the car and strap him in. Then I have to carry the now 2 month old in his carrier. Not to mention the diaper bag, my coffee, and whatever else we're packing along that day. Thankfully the 3.5y can do just about everything himself so he can load up with either little sibling.

I know these posts are a dime a dozen on the other parenting subs but I always find them so entertaining.

This morning I told my 3.5y that the butter stick was not milk and that he could not drink/eat it for breakfast. Cue meltdown

His mom is impossible and literally shoots down every idea I run past her and doesn't give suggestions.

Absolutely no toys because they have plenty- won't even accept outdoor toys

No clothes because he has his brother's hand me downs

They're very rural so there's no zoos or anything I can get them a membership to.

No other experiences because not only are they too far but Mom doesn't like to be around people for fear of germs around the kids

Won't accept money because she doesn't want to feel like a charity case

I've done the basket of food before but even that's hard (zero sugar, dyes and dairy)

There's nothing left. I give up.
