Possible ONT damage from construction

I am having siding replaced. The guys working on it seemed to be a little rough when removing this box. I’m getting power to the ONT power supply in the garage but this ONT box isn’t getting power. I have a technician coming tomorrow but I’d love it if there was any way for me to try to get this up and running tonight. Anyone?

Those of you who were helped by SSRIs, how long did it take?

I saw some folks on here said that SSRI or an increase in dosage helped the PPPD fade into just background noise. I just upped my dose of Lexapro a few days ago and I already feel like that’s starting to happen. I’m looking for a little optimism so I was wondering if anyone felt to get much better within a week or so. Please don’t respond with negativity. I’m not sure I can handle that right now. Thank you.

Is it too late to jump in on this season?

I have only played D3 on Switch, but I recently got a PS5 and want to check out D4. I meant to jump in at the beginning of a season, but I realize that I missed it by like a month. How much longer will this one be going? Should I join the fun now or wait till the next one?

Steady Coach Programs?

Has anyone actually joined one of Dr. Yo’s programs? I’m wondering whether it would be worth it and what to expect if I do.

PPPD improved by exercise?

I was working out at OrangeTheory today (it’s a fitness class in which each day is another combination of weights, rowing, and treadmill), and I got to thinking. The stuff I’m doing there is not unlike a lot of the vestibular therapy exercises I’ve seen. I’m moving my head around a lot, changing focus with my eyes, balancing in various positions, and trying to maintain a straight path when walking on the treadmill.

This led me to the question: Has anyone here gotten better through exercise/workouts? It stands to reason that it could help.

Like BG3 but way easier

After not playing games since like 1996, I started borrowing my son’s Switch last year and got addicted to Diablo 3. Then I really wanted something with a little more adventure and story and room to move around. So I bought a PS5 so I could play Baldurs Gate 3. I love it, but it can be kind of a lot for someone who is a total noob like me.

Is there anything kinda similar but a LOT easier for PS5?

Question about instructions

Starting tomorrow. The instructions say to not take any other meds for 30 minutes after taking the wegovy pill. Is that really a big deal? It would be really convenient if I could just take it with my Lexapro every morning when I wake up.

Am I doing this right?

I just started playing a week ago and I LOVE it. A more chill Diablo is just what the doctor ordered for my anxiety right now. But I’m just wondering if I’m actually playing the game right haha. Here’s my approach:

  1. Go to the map

  2. Push ZR

  3. Play whatever level that gives me

  4. Equip any upgrades and salvage any obsolete

  5. Use any enchantment from the salvage on the upgrades

  6. Rinse and repeat

Is this right? Is there more linear path I should be following? Is there a way to “beat” the game? Like is there a story mode or something that I’m missing? I’m only interested in playing solo.

3rd episode in 10 years

I have had two bouts of vertigo before. Last night, for the first time in 7 years, another one began. Previous times, I have gone to ENTs who confirmed that I have some deterioration in my inner ear but no BPPV or Menierre’s. Both times, they said that it would go away and that walking was the best way to help it along.

Both of those other times, I didn’t believe them and I convinced myself I had something worse and led to panic attacks, etc. I don’t want that to happen again. I’m just looking for some reassurance that this will pass and the worst is probably over if history is any indicator.

I really hate this and it’s so so scary.
