Looking for holistic ways to quiet food noise and loose weight

I’ve been dealing with pretty constant food noise and I’m intentionally avoiding GLP-1s / weight-loss meds. I’m more interested in holistic, nervous-system, and energy based approaches.
Has anyone found things that actually help turn the volume down things like breathwork, specific herbs, Ayurvedic practices, somatic work, sound frequencies, mindset shifts, rituals, etc??

Libido help

I have a very high libido, to the point that it’s honestly uncomfortable and distracting. Years ago I was on SSRIs, and one of the side effects was that they basically eliminated my sex drive. I’ve been off them for a while now, and my libido feels extremely high in comparison.
I’m not looking for relationship advice or suggestions to just have more sex. I’m specifically wondering if there are any herbs, supplements, teas, or natural remedies that people have found helpful for lowering libido or reducing sexual thoughts/urges.
Has anyone here had success with anything that actually made a noticeable difference? I’d appreciate hearing about personal experiences as well as any information on safety or side effects.

My boyfriend and I have been having serious conversations about our future, and one thing that has come up is that he would like me to be a stay-at-home mom, which is also something I want, once we’re married and have children.

For those of you who are stay-at-home moms (or were in the past), what are some questions you wish you had asked your husband beforehand? What are some things you wish the two of you had talked through, agreed on, or planned for before making that decision?
