First time having a platinum card and want to clarify “upgrade” and “seat assignment fee”.
My reading is that if I purchase a main cabin seat on Delta the fee to move to Comfort Plus would not be covered.
However, if I wanted to get an exit row seat or aisle/window seat, which charge an additional fee, that would be covered.
Do I have that correct?
Also including an image without the gradient as an example. When you swipe left/right and hold the gradient disappears.

My parents are early-60s. My mom is already retired and my dad plans to continue working until he’s ~65ish, so maybe another 3 or 4 years.
They have only recently started to actually take finances seriously and while I’ve got their finances mostly in order, I would like them to sit down and come up with a “land the plane” plan that I’m not really equipped to develop for them.
I know a fee-only financial advisor is the best way to do this but I’m not confident in how to actually choose one. Should we be interviewing several or just picking one with the best reviews?
