I'm on holiday in Tirol (Ötztal) and wherever I go is full of hortodox Jews with full garments. I'm genuinely curious why is that. Is there an agreement between Austria and Israel for them to do holidays here? Do they have a community here for vacation?

Edit. Just to clarify, I've visited other parts of Austria. Last year for example I was in Kärnten, I've been to Vienna many times for work and also Salzburg. I've never seen this many. That's why I was curious.

I have just watchwd APC live for the third time in my life and I had the impression that they sounded more heavy, more rock this time around.

The other two concerts I saw were in 2018. They felt more ethereal.

Maybe it's because this time I was front row, maybe is Freese on the drums, maybe is because in 2018 there was more ETE in the setlist, or maybe I'm just misremembering.

Google books used to be an amazing resources for people working in history/humanities.

You could find citations, keywords, sort per years, refine for authors.

Now after years of being worse and worse it has become completely useless for me. Today it couldn't even find a simple word in the entire corpus of books.

Unfortunately, other research engines are not connected to a vast library such as the one that was created by Google when they scanned all the libraries around the world + the data of all recent publications.

I see no turning of the things for the better in the near or far future and I don't know of any viable alternative for searching within the almost entirety of human corpus of books.

How do you walk around these issues?

(Please don't answer AI or piracy, as they're not answer to this specifical problem of research.)

Sorry folks.

A few times Nat has suggested a comedy TV show/TV series I had never heard before during her streams. I think the last time it happened was during the last ama's, she also said she always suggests/quotes this show.

Any idea what the title could be? Can't remember and it's difficult to fine the Moment in hours and hours of live stream.
