WANTED: Sparky Adom. Crime: stealing cheese

At Anthrocon 2026 having a blast debuting my fully handsewn bodysuit, 99% handsewn rest of the suit!! Head is fully handsewn, tail is too except one reinforcing straight stitch along the length since it was the first piece of the suit I did, and hand paws are fully handsewn except the pawpads to the fur which was machine sewn to look cleaner!

Looking for ways to color match spray paint for armor (not too coppery, metallic not needed since I plan to varnish)

Rose gold options I've looked at tend to be way too coppery. What would be the best way to go about color matching it?

I THINK I should redo the zipper 💀

I have a slight feeling I need to redo this zipper a bit further down the leg...But I can still get in the suit, so that will be last priority after I finish the bodysuit 😂

Is this detergent good for use with water for a Little Green Machine? If so, how much?

This is the detergent I have at home and tested it on a little swatch for my paws a while back ran through my washer on cold. But I'm not sure if it would work the same in a Little Green Machine and how much I would use. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Gonna be giving my suit a nice Little Green cleaning for the first time before Anthrocon, since I didn't have one before

Any pointers on making the back of my stuffed leg padding concave to better form to my leg?

All things considered with a pretty janky way of putting the padding together since I didn't pattern the bottom, I am super happy with my leg padding so far. However, there is one problem: the thigh and heel padding is not concave on the back and instead puffs out too much from the polyfil stuffing. Removing stuffing then makes it too flat. Any pointers on how to make the back concave so it connects to my leg better? The red lines are where I want the padding to cut off at the side and anything below I want to be concave to form to my leg. Thigh padding test fit on the last slide showing the shape is great except for the puffiness on the back

SPECIFIC full body women's HeatGear underarmor suggestions I can get at Dick's Sporting Goods?

Looking for SPECIFIC full body women's HeatGear underarmor suggestions that I can get at Dick's Sporting Goods. We're talking specific details on the product description for choosing the best options for staying cool, including what colors tend to be best too!! All I've seen is people saying "HeatGear underarmor" but with how many types there are, it's so hard to choose! Is form fit or looser better? What's the specific types I should be looking at? Can I wear a homemade ice pack cooling vest over or under? If so, is over or under better?

Tail to bodysuit connection test

Very happy with how the tail is connecting with the bodysuit now that the back part is almost fully hand sewn. After work tomorrow, I will be moving on to the sides and front. After that, leggies!! 💜

How to make sure the bottom part of my leg padding fits?

My padding pattern on these foam pieces only covered the top and sides of the padding, so how can I do the bottom and make sure it fits right?

It's a little more snug and covers the whole top too but is just very hard to show with one hand

Don't mind the lighting. I haven't had power for 3 1/2 hours and I have been using a little motion sensor light to sew this whole time lol. Already swapped it out for another once

I built out a mock foam look from the side, but how do I make the actual pattern? My autistic brain just gets more confused the more videos I watch

The videos I've watched have confused me. For example, I've seen "use smaller scraps and cover them in a fabric to get the general shape" and am like "Okay but how am I supposed to figure out how to shape and place them and shape the fabric if I don't have a solid piece?" I'm just getting super confused. I know I am aiming to have pillows for the pattern at the end, but I just cannot seem to wrap my head around how to make the shape the way I am going for, but built it out to be 3D

How to make wings with hand escapes for paws? Suit by thatsfurredup (IG), screenshots from suit up video by tentailedwolf (IG)

Down the line I want to make a fursuit for my birb, and seeing this suit up video by tentailedwolf with his suit by thatsfurredup made me INCREDIBLY inspired to make my wings like this so I can choose if I want to use normal wings or have paws too. How would this be made to be seamless like this?

Is there any way for me to take this awfully hot glued fabric off so I can redo this cheese prop and save my initial base I made?

I rushed on this cheese prop last year because of con crunch and didn't even finish it. The fabric isn't even sewn, just glued on, and it looks awful. I want to save the base I made though since I am super proud of it. Is there any way I could soften the hot glue and take this off while saving the base as much as possible, or do I need to completely redo it?
