Is there a roadmap to find meanings in life?

To be fair, "meanings" are given by human selves, but I failed to do so.
I am struggling to get on day by day and constantly feel like my sanity is on edge. More sadly, it seems the problem is rooted deep down and nothing done on the exterior could actually help (e.g. workout, reading, playing video games, watching videos, talking to ppl who care about me or total stranger, short distance travel, hangout with dogs, take walks, work, learn new things, take meds, take meds for a decade straight).

Is there a roadmap to solve this? I have tried a lot of things but... the depression episode just keeps Okkk I'm coming back. Rationally speaking, I feel very stuck. Is there anything else I could try? I just want to be alive, so maybe someday I could actually enjoy life instead of enduring it.

28F looking for like minded ppl with similar interests

Hi I am looking for some online buddy to discuss hobbies, life in general, and may be lucky to find some motivation I pulling myself out of the onset depressive episode. Pls share some of my interests ^ ^

A few things about me:

Self
- Work a 9-5 biotech related job
- Chronically on antidepressants
- Big trigger: pet loss
- Mild trigger: sexual harassment
- Aromantic and disorganized attachment

Hobbies
- Books: mystery novels, read 30+ J-mystery novels this year top 2 most read writers are Nayogoku Natsuhiko and Shinzo mitsuda; horror novels, mainly J-horror, but I enjoyed western horror like Dan Simons (I love song of Kali and now reading the Terror), Shirley Jackson, Ken Greenhall, and ofc Stephen Kings (but didn't read that much of him). Finished "the Baffalo Hunter Hunter" last year, good one.
Try to dabble on tech, finance, politics genre as well, when I am feeling extra patient.

- Movies: horror movies, big fan of Japanese mock-documentary, body horror and slasher too... and cult movies, prefer Asian ones.

-Games: CRPG is my love and soul shout out to BioWare (sadly you are gone) and Bethesda. Can't handle JRPG tho. Love "Tyranny" and "Divine divinity", and some indie games ("Mouthwashing" is a good one). Oh I also played a lot of Stardew valley because I want the full achievement.

- Others: try to work out routinely, love dogs.

Final words
This is so far the most detailed and most informative introduction I have ever posted, can't help but feel a bit vulnerable, but I gotta do something to stop being dragged to the depression pit again. Let's see if chating helps :)
