Hello guys, really need your help

I’m hosting an event for 500 people roughly and I need advice regarding quantity
According to our caterer

Food:
Biryani: 32 kgs (48 kgs of meat)
Kunnah: 40 kgs (40 kgs of meat)
Karhai: 35 kgs (35 kgs of meat)
Tikka: 80 kgs (80 kgs of meat)
Fish: 60 kgs (60 kgs of meat)
Kabab: 45 kgs

Dessert:
Kheer: 40 kgs
Gulab jamun (one bite): 30 kgs
Taftaan: 30 kgs
Milky roti: 10 kgs

There’s also tea, salad etc but this is what I’m concerned about. He’s also charged us for the meat separately which is why i’ve mentioned it in brackets.

If anyone has done an event recently or has experience in the food industry, i would be extremely grateful to get some guidance in regards to the quantity

I’ve been a personal trainer for almost 10 years and started coaching clients online after COVID.
Initially, I found clients through platforms like Upwork, but it’s become increasingly difficult to compete when many coaches are charging extremely low rates. I don’t want to undervalue my experience and expertise.
At the moment, around 90% of my online clients are people from my hometown who later moved abroad and continued training with me remotely.
My current services are:
• 1-on-1 online training: $25–30 per session
• 6-week personalised training plan: $100, including an initial assessment session and regular check-ins
For those of you who have successfully built an international online coaching business, where are you finding clients outside of freelance platforms? Are there any marketing strategies, platforms, or communities that have worked particularly well for you?

Hello everyone, I‘m looking to keep a games night as a small wedding function. A team bride vs. Team groom situation. We plan on booking three-four padel courts and one futsal court but I have no idea on how I should curate the event.
The futsal court wont be used for futsal but I was thinking of keeping tug of war, sack races and maybe a spoon+lemon kinda race.. open to other ideas.
And as for padel either best of three or 15-20 minutes per match where whichever team gets more points wins.
I‘ve never been to such a games night myself so tbh don‘t really know how to go about it. If you‘ve attended such an event or have any idea of how to go about it, i would be super duper grateful!

I‘m looking for someone for a day event, I‘m confused between Murtaza Rizvi, oshoot and kismett co. but i‘m open to other options as well.
I love yrattamedia‘s work but they‘re lahore based. Would prefer someone in karachi
Also if anyone has personal experience with the photographers I mentioned above, pls share.
