Apologies for the somewhat ambiguous title but I’m not sure how to explain it. I’ve seen people wear beige, brown and light grey coloured pants that look like a cross between jeans and chinos.
Anyone know what they actually are or recommended shops or brands?
I’ve got a kitchen mixer tap. It’s about 2 years old. Water started leaking from the neck near the main body so I replaced the o rings and that worked.
However. Previously I’d turn the water off and it would stop instantly. Now I turn it off and a little stream comes out for 1-2 seconds before turning off completely.
Anyone know why it’s happening now or how to fix it?
I originally had a Ryobi corded blower/vac mulcher. It worked reasonably well, but dealing with the power cord was a constant hassle.
I'm now looking for a cordless option. I don't mind if it's petrol-powered, but I already own several Makita tools, so I'd prefer to stay within the Makita ecosystem if possible.
I don't need the mulching function or a blower, as I already have a separate blower. The main use will be vacuuming up leaves, along with things like olives and nuts that fall from the trees. Can anyone recommend anything that's actually good? My budget is up to around $500.

Thinking about getting solar. Installer came out to assess situation. They have no option but to drill through the concrete slab on the second story to run cables from panels.
Would you still go ahead with an install knowing this is the only route? Should I be concerned?
Just curious if it’s possible, easy and/or really expensive to move the location of a toilet and a shower of a second floor bathroom? It’s a concrete slab on the second floor with a garage underneath.
Looking for some super casual, comfortable and soft pants that a nice to lounge around in, or just wear casually. I prefer something with a little stretch in a straight or relaxed fit - 98% cotton/2% elastane. Wouldn't want to spend more than ~$150.
