This is such a stupid question but, is this even good? Like I don’t know what I’m doing so wrong I feel like I can barely shift any weight. I exercise almost every day and yes sometimes I have the off days with eating but I am always so hungry and to see that I haven’t lost much is so disheartening. My goal in January was to reach 170-180lbs and I have barely moved the scale :(
