Since MiCA went fully live on July 1, 2026, many people are hitting frustrating (and sometimes costly) delays or blocks when moving assets between centralized exchanges.

What’s Happening?

Exchanges licensed under MiCA must comply with the Travel Rule (Transfer of Funds Regulation). When you send crypto directly from one CEX to another, the receiving platform often can’t automatically verify the originator information. Result:

• Deposits show as “Pending”

• “Travel Rule verification failed”

• Funds get stuck → manual review or refund process (which can take hours to days)

This is especially common with stablecoins (USDC, USDT) and certain networks, but it affects others too. Examples are popping up regularly on Bybit EU, Crypto.com, and other platforms.

The Simple Fix Most People Recommend

Always use a non-custodial (self-hosted) wallet like Exodus as an intermediary:

1. Withdraw from Exchange A → Your personal wallet (e.g. MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Ledger, Exodus Wallet, etc.).

2. From your wallet → Deposit into Exchange B.

This makes the incoming deposit appear as coming from an address you control, which exchanges handle much more smoothly. It adds one extra step and a tiny bit of network fees, but it dramatically reduces the chance of your funds getting frozen in limbo.

Pro tips:

• Always test with a small amount first.

• Keep your transaction hashes and wallet addresses.

• Use hardware wallets for larger amounts.

• Self-custody is not regulated the same way — you stay in control.

This isn’t “anti-regulation” advice — it’s practical risk management in the current environment. Regulators themselves recommend orderly transfers to self-custody during platform wind-downs.

Always deposit from a noncustodial address you control and withdraw to a noncustodial address you control for CEXs nowadays & then transfer to another CEX or friend after.

Arbitration case filed, against GoPuff for false Deactivation. Scottsdale, Arizona.

I am super done. I am doing this. I will update this as it goes. I redacted information that could reveal details about OA's that assisted in my case.

LEGAL NOTICE TO PRESERVE EVIDENCE (SPOLIATION DIRECTIVE)

To: GB Logistics, LLC / GoBrands, Inc. Legal Department

Regarding: Deactivation Dispute / **Redacted.**

This letter serves as a formal demand for GB Logistics, LLC to preserve any and all video recordings, security camera footage, digital CCTV logs, and access records from the Scottsdale, Arizona MFC location for all overnight shifts between April 1, 2026, to May 21, 2026.

Specifically, preserve all angles showing the driver bin area, the walkway "straight down to the left," and the direct line of sight to the facility kitchen (1533.jpg, 1535.jpg). This data is critical material evidence for an upcoming individual arbitration claim and a pending lawsuit regarding false allegations of policy violations. Failure to preserve this footage will be treated as intentional spoliation of evidence in subsequent legal proceedings.

This will be certified mailed on 6/18/2026.

**Redacted.**

BEFORE THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION

CLAIMANT: **Redacted.**

RESPONDENT: GB Logistics, LLC / GoBrands, Inc. (d/b/a "GoPuff")

STATEMENT OF CLAIMS AND DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION

I. INTRODUCTION

Claimant **Redacted.** brings this action against Respondent GB Logistics, LLC (GoPuff) for wrongful contract termination, material breach of the Driver Partner Independent Contractor Agreement, and breach of the Implied Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing.

Respondent deactivated Claimant's delivery account based initially on an unverified automated software glitch, and subsequently maintained the deactivation based on completely fabricated, unverified statements made by a warehouse associate. Claimant seeks immediate account reactivation, back pay for lost income, and an immediate discovery order compelling the production of warehouse closed-circuit television (CCTV) security footage which will definitively prove his innocence.

II. FACTUAL BACKGROUND

  1. Claimant operated successfully as a compliant independent delivery partner for GoPuff out of the Scottsdale Micro-Fulfillment Center (MFC) in Arizona. This is located at: 1465 N Commerce Ct Ste 150, Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
  2. On May 21, 2026, Claimant received a formal notification stating his account was permanently deactivated due to an alleged material breach regarding "Language - inappropriate/offensive language" (Exhibit: term.jpeg).
  3. This deactivation was triggered entirely by a catastrophic false positive in GoPuff’s in-app automated text filter. While attempting to complete order code **Redacted.**, Claimant attempted to text a customer: "I can't enter please provide a code." GoPuff's algorithm blocked the sentence, falsely flagging it as inappropriate language (Exhibit: AI ERROR.jpeg). The claimant was forced to rewrite the text to "I need a gate code" to complete the delivery (Exhibit: AI ERROR.jpeg).
  4. Claimant filed an internal appeal to contest this software failure. On June 15, 2026, GoPuff Marketplace Integrity denied the dispute, stating the deactivation was maintained "at the request of a site leader based on problematic interactions with our Operations Associates at the MFC" (Exhibit: TERM2.jpeg).
  5. Through internal inquiries with a site Operations Associate, Claimant discovered the true catalyst: an overnight associate (identified as "Auhnyae") fabricated a report claiming Claimant walked back into the facility's kitchen area, lingered, and asked inappropriate personal questions that made her uncomfortable (Exhibit: **Redacted.**.jpeg).
  6. Claimant categorically denies this interaction. At no point during overnight shifts did Claimant ever enter the kitchen area or cross outside the designated driver bin perimeter, except to utilize the restroom facilities (Exhibit: Cora.jpeg, cam1.jpeg).

III. EXPLICIT DEMAND FOR DISCOVERY (CCTV FOOTAGE)

A site Operations Associate has explicitly confirmed that a fixed facility security camera has a direct, unobstructed line of sight showing the exact path to the kitchen area (Exhibit: cam1.jpeg). This footage is the definitive, objective source of truth in this case.

Claimant requests that the Arbitrator immediately order Respondent to preserve and produce all CCTV security video recordings from the Scottsdale MFC covering all overnight shifts between April 1, 2026, and May 21, 2026, specifically targeting the kitchen entry corridor and the driver bin area. The footage will conclusively prove Claimant never entered the unauthorized zone, exposing the associate's claim as entirely fraudulent.

IV. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF

  • Breach of Contract: Respondent terminated a valid commercial agreement based on false automated flags and unverified third-party claims without conducting a basic factual review.
  • Breach of Implied Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing: Respondent acted arbitrarily, using faulty technical systems and ignoring verifiable physical video evidence, thereby destroying Claimant's ability to earn a livelihood under the contract.
  • Defamation / Injurious Falsehood: An agent and employee of Respondent maliciously fabricated a completely false narrative alleging predatory and non-compliant physical behavior by the Claimant. This false statement directly impugned Claimant’s professional reputation, was published to Respondent's Marketplace Integrity division, and directly caused the immediate termination of Claimant's commercial contract.
  • Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress (IIED): The conduct of Respondent’s agent in exploiting a false safety narrative to intentionally destroy Claimant's livelihood was extreme, outrageous, and calculated to cause severe emotional distress, anxiety, and financial panic. Respondent is vicariously liable for the targeted actions of its on-duty facility staff.

V. REMEDIES SOUGHT

Claimant respectfully requests that the Arbitrator award:

  1. An order forcing GoPuff to immediately reactivate Claimant's delivery partner account.
  2. Compensatory damages for lost earnings, calculated based on Claimant's average weekly revenue from May 21, 2026, through the date of full account reinstatement.
  3. General and Punitive Damages in an amount to be determined at the hearing for the severe emotional distress, reputational harm, and mental anguish caused by the malicious and defamatory actions of Respondent's warehouse personnel.
  4. Reimbursement for all administrative fees and costs associated with filing and executing this arbitration.

Respectfully Submitted,

**Redacted.**

Warranty experience (Flawless and fast)

So my oneplus 15's modem suddenly died on me. Wifi worked fine, as did the phone itself, but the phone completely stopped reading sim cards and even esims wouldn't show up. After troubleshooting, I determined the modem itself was fried somehow. I was panicking because I use my phone for work. I warrantied it on oneplus's website, and it was very simple. Just login using your google acct, on a PC, like you do on the phone in the oneplus app, and they emailed me a fedex shipping label, and I sent it off to Acer in Texas. I had the phone back within 10 days. They replaced the logic board and it is as good as new. I was expecting it would take at least 3 weeks based on what others said so I financed an S26 ultra in the meantime, expecting to get the oneplus back a few weeks later and keep one of the phones as a backup, so I am not without a phone again. Anyways, It came back so fast I was able to return the S26 before the 14 day at Tmobile. Unlike Samsung, Oneplus was very easy to deal with and they were fast. I was surprised. Anyways, i wanted to share this experience here, in case anyone needs a warranty, do it. They only ask for the receipt / proof of purchase and a photo of the phone itself, IMEI etc all done online on their site.
