What's my powder dosage?

Former huge kratom powder addict. I'm in Thailand now and used fresh kratom leaves to help with an injury to my shoulder. Im trying to be very careful.

I eat 2-4 fresh kratom leaves per day. Will I have bad withdrawals from this? What is the equivalent powder to fresh leaves ratio (I know it isn't exact, guesstimate?)

How much does 1 leaf weigh in terms of GPD?

Wondering what the gpd is for 1 leaf. I looked it up, .5 grams dried?

I used to be a very heavy user and had to stop. But now just using a little before sex and gym. 1-2 fresh leaves per day, usually chewing spitting it out.

Wondering if I'm likely to have withdrawal from this amount?

Worried asf about Benzo addiction

So I've been an alcoholic off and on for some time. I've been detoxed using librium a couple of times.

Was sober for a 3 months and relapsed on alcohol at huge amounts. I got Valium, took 25mgs a couple of times for the hangover/withdrawal. This was about 3 weeks ago. I relapsed on alcohol again, waking up to taking 10mgs of valium without knowing it about 1 week later.

I finally had the worst binge of alcohol ever. I had to use the valium again, 10mgs at night (still didn't sleep, etc, but it took the withdrawal away to manageable levels. Took another 10mgs last night to finally get some sleep.

I do NOT want to fuck around with valium dependence. I just read about the half life of it, and it seems even with those 2 25mg doses 3 weeks ago, that shit was in my system the whole time while I was drinking after.

I am on day 3 of not drinking, but scared of hypnic jerks and dangers from the withdrawal of alcohol, but I need to stop the valium asap. Any advice? Should I rapid taper it?

TLDR:

This is 3 weeks of very sporatic usage, but alcoholic (Not using both at the same time), detoxing from alcohol now, 2 days of 10mg usage, rapid taper or cold turkey?

Thanks so much

Kratom withdrawal from tea vs powder

So I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with kratom tea withdrawal vs powder?

Does the withdrawal kick in faster with the tea?

I think it's time to quit my serious caffeine addiction and nicotine addiction

I'm in recovery for substance abuse. I've been "clean" for 90 days after rehab. I have 0 desire to use or drink anymore. It destroyed my soul. Now I see myself becoming the addict with caffeine. 5-6 cups in the morning, one energy drink before working out, and vaping all day. Sometimes more caffeine than that.

My skin is breaking out like crazy all of sudden at 41 years old. 3 months of heavy caffeine use and vaping (15 years of it) and I'm seeing all the patterns I saw with my substance abuse. I kind of don't consider myself "clean" in a way and it's really depressing to say the least.

I never drank that much caffeine when I was a drug addict. But these 3 months have taught me a valuable lesson. I will abuse anything that gets me out of normality.

Not sure how much caffeine I'm using, if anyone can tell me. Let's avg it out to 9 cups per day? Not exact cups, but a mug. I'm sure it's a ton. Makes me oily asf, breaks me out, etc.

Will I face significant caffeine withdrawal after 3 months of usage like this? I hate addiction but it's a natural part of me. Fucking sucks balls and ass. Tapering? or CT?

I have an addictive personality and started drinking coffee regularly 3 months ago. It's ramped up to 10 cups per day, and my face is breaking out, stomach is shit, digestion is messed up. I have to stop.

What am I in for?

Losing my gains and feeling shitty. I do machines, but the back is the problem. Anyone have any advice on good back workouts without incorporating the legs?
