Dropped external HDD. How screwed am I?
Last night my dumbass dropped my external HDD when moving it from my laptop to my computer. Now when I plug it in it whirs for two seconds normally, then makes a clicking noise several times, and then the process repeats. Computer/laptop no longer recognize it.
It is WD My Passport 5TB HDD. I've tested multiple USB slots, but have left it unplugged since. I would really like to get the data off of it, as I have some personal things on it. My dumbass also recently wiped my laptop which I usually have a backup of the more important files on as well, but I had forgotten to move copies to it afterwards. Is sending it off to data recovery the only option? I can provide a video of the sound it is making if needed.

Controller Doctor advice needed.
Hey currently trying to figure out an issue with my controller.
It's a 2014 white Sm4sh controller which I've had for 12 years. Recently the right trigger feels more mushy compared to the left trigger, and doesn't have that satisfying snap transition from the analog part to the digital input.
I've cleaned all parts of it, but the issue remains. Which part of the board should be looked at for this issue? I know I've definitely worn down some part of it, as I use the right trigger for every action that involves it in Melee, but I can't pinpoint the exact part responsible.
Any pointers would be appreciated!
Edit: Upon closer inspection, it looks like the rubber pad under the right trigger is torn. Have a few older controllers around from when I was a kid that still have good feeling triggers, so I'll take one from one of them. Thank you for the pointers everyone!

What are the best Civics/Traits for a Gestalt Machine Intelligence in 4.3?
Looking to start a robot run, and was wondering what the best Civics/Traits in the current build are. Want to be relatively friendly, so no Driven Assimilator or Determined Exterminator. Rapid Replicator and Mass-Produced seem good due to pop growth being so important, but what else would be good besides them?
Also for traits, what would be the go-to negative ones to take?
