Stretch lines

Am i in a growth spurt?

I have stretch lines on my lower back , legs , and starting to see some on my forarms too, no it's not about weight or etc.

I think it might be because of a growth spurt, right?

I started puberty at late 14 years old, at 15 I had my back marks , at 16 legs marks and about to be 17 with forarms marks.

Stretch marks

So when I was 15 (now almost 17) I got those stretch marks on my lower back , I thought it'll be temporarily, it's been 2 years and infact it got even more red with the time, what do these stretch marks means? .
