AA Lithium Ion Rechargeable Batteries that are Safe

I bought a few from EBL brand Amazon and they were great until one day one of them exploded while charging via USB C cable

So my question is, is there a safe way/brand to use them without worrying about safety ?
Is this technology safe, or there is always risk of this happening, even if there is a reputable brand.

Hello fellow travelers, I am booking a return trip via Etihad where I am not sure if I have to will take the returning journey or not. Trip total is 994+48(Value) for ATL to KHI and 1061+181(comfort) for KHI to ATL as it permits refund with fee. My questions is that if I take the departing trip, but cancelled the retrun trip, will I get the full (1061+161 - refund fee) back, or they will recalculate all my fares because my trip has now become one way trip?

UberEats Promotion applied till the last step but when I placed order, promotion is gone.

Uber saying they can't do anything about it because I don't have exact screenshot that they desire. I am not even sure what kind of screenshot they are after. I just happen to have these screenshots because I was chatting with my wife about what to order and took screenshots.
