Baby Formula on Clearance at Keystone Walmart

Baby Formula on Clearance at Keystone Walmart

I have no idea if this is a good deal or not, but all of these were marked down to $10 at the Neighborhood Walmart on Keystone.

Seeking nostalgia meal recommendations from fellow old people

I went to college in Milwaukee in the late 90s.

I will be there for 48 hours this week.

Where could I eat that is still around from back in the day? Specifically places that will not leave me wondering if I only liked it in the first place cuz I was a sheltered, basic bitch, with no money?

Ma Fischer’s? Miss Katie’s? The Chancery? Maders? Wells Street Station? Apollo Cafe? Are these places good or only good in my increasingly unreliable memory? I haven’t tried them on previous visits because they all seem kinda basic.

Also, how did I have so much money for restaurants when I was in college and no money for anything today? I’m guessing there’s a correlation.

(Past disappointments, many no longer open, have been:

  1. Water Street Brewery—I probably liked it because many of my friends worked there and gave me free food.
  2. La Fuente, Real Chilli and Pizza Shuttle—I quit drinking long ago and think I only ever ate food from any of those places while drunk.
  3. Kopp’s—Probably fine if you’re a custard enthusiast, but why not just get ice cream?)

Question for people who live far from Mankato and/or Walmart Spark delivery drivers:

It’s my mom’s birthday. I live far away and tried to have breakfast and flowers delivered to her this morning near Lake Washington using Walmart+.

Delivery time was 6-8 am. The order has still not left Walmart at 1:30 pm.

What are the chances it will ever reach her? I tipped $15. If I cancel the order and leave a bigger tip, will someone deliver it, or is this a lost cause?
