Did BILT 1.0 include extended warranty or am I being gaslit?

Mastercard said that BILT 1.0 did not include the benefit of extended warranty.
Wells Fargo has this on their website: https://www.wellsfargo.com/credit-cards/documents/bilt-benefits/?utm_medium=www-redirect&utm_source=credit-cards--bilt--guide-to-benefits
(Your Guide to Benefits describes the benefits in effect as of 09/15/2025.). -- What about before 9/2025?

I could've swear that it did include the extended warranty benefit. Am I crazy? Does anyone have the original documentation by chance?

Extended warranty claims with BILT 1.0

One of my appliances purchased with BILT 1.0 failed and I went to make a claim with Mastercard. It says that the claim cannot be processed and I need to contact the issuing bank. I am, now of course, in the back and forth and blame game, contact the bank, contact the credit card, contact the bank, contact the credit card....

Has anyone gone through this? What's the way to get this done?

What am I missing?

T-Mobile One Plus All in Promo

Primary Line: Gets $10 Kickback discount. I have data switched off.

Secondary Line: Doesn't get kickback, so I use that lines data.

Watch Line 500 MB

I pay with my Mastercard so get cellphone protection.

In total, I am paying $132. $122 with the kickback discount, so this will be the last month.

Perks? 8 full inflight internet sessions, valued at $8 each. International data, blah blah blah.

Even if I go down to 1 line, I would still be paying about $100. T-Mobile charges me $15 just because I pay with a credit card. My watch line is about to go up to $15 for 500 MB.

The greed knows no boundary. I have been with T-Mobile since 2014 and I am leaving this month.

USMobile offers unlimited data, with watch line included on (Warp/Verizon) plus hotspot and I'm able to use my CC for cellular protection, all for $39/months for six month and then $45? Taxes included!

I'd be saving like $80 a month, enough to purchase 10 in flight sessions plus an international eSIM if I need to. Oh and also have the ability to switch networks with USMobile, including T-mobiles own?

Data priority isn't an issue. My T-Mobile performance is poor at my house and at work and as soon as it gets cloudy the network slows down to a crawl. Indoor performance is mediocre too. So even if I switch to Verizon, it couldn't get any worse.

Serious question? What am I missing here? Seems like a no brainer to me.

How do I get my last months comped? Do I call them before paying my bill and porting my line?

Surround speakers volume

At what volume do you typically keep your surround speakers at?

I have the surround speakers 300 with a smart soundbar 600 and bass module 500.

My settings for the surround speakers are at 50…it’s a lot lower than the soundbar. Just curious what people usually keep theirs at?
