HGH questions

I am a 51 year old woman on HRT (including low dose testosterone.) I have been on Reta 2mg and have lost 30 lbs. I’d like to lose at least another 20 more. I started strength straining when I started a GLP 1 and despite the weight loss, most of it , if not allhad been subcutaneous. My visceral fat gad not decreased at all. I started Tesa 1mg about a month ago and added Ipa 200mcg a couple of weeks ago. Due to my age, sleep issues, and the other benefits of HGH, I am considering making the change from Tesa/Ipa to HGH. Just wanted to get thoughts from anyone who had made the switch. Also- why the heck can I not find it in stock anywhere?? That I’d probably the biggest barrier. I have enough Tesa to last a while but depending on the feedback I get I may switch if I can find it. I’m not unhappy with the Tesa Ipa combo but for as expensive as it is- I might benefit more from actual HGH for around the same price. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated!

Beginner- help!!

I’m a little overwhelmed trying to pick a team. I’m 5’7 and 205lbs so- obese. I am out of shape. I started on a GLP1 and have lost 20lbs which is great, but I need to get moving on the strength training. I have never strength trained and while I can walk at an OK pace- I wouldn’t call it fast and I definitely don’t think I could run right now. For equipment I have-adjustable dumbbells (no bench), resistance loop bands, and a yoga mat. My main goal is to maintain muscle at this point. Shorter is generally better but I could go up to 45 min if needed. What Ive tried so far: Define (core moves too advanced). Movewell- like the coach but don’t want to run, Ignite- liked, Endure- not sure how I felt about this one. My heart rate was up ALOT. I kept watching the time hoping I could get through it. LOL. I’ve heard endure is best for form- and I also just read that the welcome workouts do not give you a good idea. So if that’s the case- and the welcome workouts aren’t a good gauge- how do I choose? I think the new event starts Monday, right? I don’t think I’ll be able to do another workout from all 3 by then. What would you choose for me based on what you know and based on your gut? I plan to work out 3-4x a week.

Pricing question

I just finished my free trial. The $179 annual is a little steep for me. Is there a way to get the cost down a bit? If I hang out for a few days am I likely to get a better offer through either the email or the app? I’m really loving the app.. and I’m just wondering if it’s worth waiting a bit.

Ladder app feedback?

Does anyone use ladder for strength training and if so is it beginner friendly? I am weak and out of shape. Lol. Just looking for feedback and a referral link if there is still one out there.

Thanks!

Strength training

Hi there! I’m looking for strength training ideas on a budget. I could probably afford to invest in some dumbbells but don’t have a lot of cash. I’m very out of shape and weak. I’m currently working as a mental health therapist and I’m pretty sedentary although I did start taking g some walks. I have bad knees and I’m still pretty heavy so things like squats and mountain climbers are out. lol. What would you recommend? Are there any programs I could buy that would be a good series? Or free ones on YouTube? What equipment do I need to get started? While I would love to go to a gym- I know getting there would be a barrier. I work about 70 hrs a week and have three kids so I need to be able to fit it in quickly and easily. Any ideas are appreciated. I’d like to keep the muscle I do have.

Just got my first 3 month rx of tirz. Can I order more now? How do I do that? I’d love to have enough to last me 6 months and am worried about the FDA stuff going on. I know my Rx would probably need to be adjusted. I’m just not sure how to do this?
