Can't get spiderlings to grow for the life of me

So for reference, the last photo is the mother plant who is (as far as I can tell) thriving and the second to last is the only baby I've ever been able to successfully grow. They're located in bioactive reptile enclosures that are under grow lights with temps ranging from 70°-85° and humidity between 30%-50%.

I keep on taking babies from the mother and I feel so bad because I've only ever gotten one to survive :( I started by trying to let the pups grow in small vials of water (tried tap, filtered tap, and bottled spring water) allowing them to sit on a sunny windowsill most of the day. They would all always never show signs of roots and wither away until they fell into the vial. My next attempt was in succulent soil making sure that moisture was retaining in the soil, but those too never rooted and withered away. The ONLY way I was able to get the one successful baby was to plant it in a VERY small glass jar with the soil mix used in the tanks and actually put it in the tank under the grow light. That was fine because I wanted it for the terrarium, but that isn't an option anymore since I want to grow them for family and friends and I can't have the springtails and isopods that are in the tanks gettin all up in there.

My current ones, the first three pics, are in small pots with the terrarium soil mix. They get plenty of windowsill sunlight, and I water them when the soil starts to dry out. The leaves are closing up, and if I wiggle them gently they still feel very loose.

Any advice? Everything I see online makes growing spider plants seem so easy :(

Teachers: "My masters was so much easier than my undergrad"

I've had 2 colleagues tell me that getting their MSEd was so much easier than their undergrad and 1 person tell me graduate school in general was easier than undergrad, but I find that dubious. Anyone ever hear that? Feel that?

I'm about to go for my MSEd while being employed full time at a school in a non-teaching position. I got my undergrad while working the same job, and it was stressful and time consuming as all hell. I'm anticipating no better if not worse with graduate school, but I'd love for it to be true that in 2-3 years time I'll be another teacher saying "graduate school was so much easier!" I just can't see how that could be.

Why do I get re-subscribed to emails every time I shop??

Quite literally every time I make a purchase in store or online, I suddenly start getting promotional emails, once, twice, three times a day even though I've unsubsribed every single time. It drives me insane-- is there something at checkout that I'm unknowingly clicking to re-subscribed? Are cashiers in store pressing something? Does anyone have any advice on how to unsubscribe for good? 😮‍💨😮‍💨

US Lidl: Lidl Plus??

Since Lidl came to my town, I've been shopping there once a week. The Lidl app had been referring to a Lidl Plus upgrade for a while until finally the Lidl app was disabled and I had to download the Lidl Plus app. The thing is, it says Lidl Plus doesn't launch until the 15th? So when I went shopping the other day, I couldn't put my phone number and an associate said it was because they were switching to Lidl Plus and that all the sales automatically applied to every transaction. But... What happens to the money I'm spending at Lidl from now until July 15? I saved the one receipt I have so far, but will I be able to link it to my account? I gotta be honest, I don't really want to shop there if it means I'm spending money not tied to my phone number.

Anyone from the US locations have any insight on this, or have the UK locations gone through something similar?

Does TS3 ever go on sale???

I have the most core memories playing TS3 and I would love to come back to it, but I just can't justify spending $20 for the base plus $20 per expansion/pack on a game that came out 17 years ago 😭
