Pre-surgery symptoms are coming back: What shall I do?

I had a total resection surgery of a 6cm meningioma in June last year. It was located in right posterior fossa, mostly affecting cerebellum: lots of issues with balance, motor functions, and some visual. Almost all of the symptoms went away after surgery. Then, since around April, some of them started returning slowly and now I'm experiencing the pre-surgery symptoms much more often.

Last follow-up MRI was in March and the neurosurgeon said everything was fine. Next scheduled is Sept. I am not sure whether I should request another MRI now or wait until September. My insurance will cover it, so no issues financially. But between scheduling delays and summer holidays, I will likely need to wait until September anyway. The suspense is daunting.

Is regression like this normal? What shall I do?

Decision paralysis: Onn 4k Plus vs. Google TV Streamer 4k

I've been using a Firestick 4k since 2020, and recently upgraded to Onn 4k Plus. It's been around two weeks and I've been mostly satisfied. Then came the Google half off promo for the Streamer, which made it about the same price as the Onn, so my decision paralysis began.

My use case:
- Home internet is 300Mbps.
- TV/streaming devices are on Wifi only. Router supports Wifi 6.
- Using lots of streaming apps including Kodi (no skin, no local. Streaming via addons only) and Stremio. Some over vpn.
- TV is 55" 4k oled.

Had it been Pro v2, I would have kept the Onn, but since it's Plus with 2gb ram/16gb memory, it's hard to make a call. I have about 10 days left in the Walmart return window. Please help me decide!

How do you configure Dramayo with debrid?

On here: https://stremio-addons.net/addons/dramayo

The documentation says debrid support, but it's not there in the configuration webpage. How do I configure the addon to use debrid? I have PM.

I've searched in this subreddit, google, and the subreddit discord server, and couldn't find anything.

Watched the first movie. Now all my Trakt watch history older than 6 months has been wiped out.

I just finished watching the first movie on Stremio. Trakt scrobbling is turned on. I have been using Trakt for over a decade, previously syncing it with Kodi. I went to the Trakt website to check the new watch history was synced; the new item is there. But I also found that all the old watch history that's older than 6 months has been wiped out. Not just from the history list, but confirmed they're gone in individual media page, too.

I emailed trakt support but also wanted to ask if this is a known problem (although my googling didn't turn up anything useful). The platform is Android TV (Onn 4k Plus, Android 14, Stremio is the latest version installed from the Play Store.)

Plus remote won't turn on the soundbar via HDMI-CEC/eARC

Just got the Onn 4k Plus and am setting it up. Enabled the HDMI-CEC option in the Display & Sound settings and the remote buttons are set to "Auto (CEC)". The remote powers off both the LG TV and Yamaha soundbar. But upon powering on, it turns on the TV but not the soundbar.

Everything used to work fine with the previous Firestick and no hdmi connection arrangement has changed. Has anyone had the same issue and resolved it? Please help me!

Help me decide between LUXE Bidet NEO 185 Plus and Bio Bidet BB-2000

I have an empty GFCI outlet next to the toilet, so that got me in decision paralysis between a manual and an electric bidet. I've narrowed my choices down to either LUXE Bidet NEO 185 Plus or Bio Bidet BB-2000 based on features and reviews. I will be using it alone (female) and have used an electric one for a while in Asia. I live in the US Northeast.

Would you please help me decide between the two? Does the electric one justify the 7x price difference? I can afford one, but you know, in this economy...
