Is there a benefit to Baritone Conversion in Drop-A?

So, I'm looking into potentially converting this squire into a true partscaster and putting a baritone conversion Fender neck on it. Biggest question I'm struggling to find an answer for is would there be any real benefit to going baritone if I'm doing 6 string Drop-A tuning. I already have a Firefly SG 28" baritone in F-standard and my Squire Stagemaster 7 25.5" in Drop-G.

Current specs on this Squire: 25.5" scale, single 500k volume, SD custom shop "Son of Slug" bridge pickup. Body is matte yellow and the pickguard is a custom Warmoth with the reverse angle bridge single coil cutout and only the first tone pot hole.

Updated Stagemaster 7

Some of you probably remember me from last week showing off and asking some questions about my new to me Squire Stagemaster 7. Got the Floyd Rose 1000 in and made some clear covers for the rear cavities. Might update again in a couple months when I get new pickups but here's how it sits now, staying in tune in Drop G. Might jump up to A-standard with a thinner low B.

This is my new to me stagemaster 7. Missing the locking nut pieces and it looks like the pickups are not factory. Got a new FR1000 on the way and probably gonna tune the fella to drop G. Currently doesn't hold tuning or I'd play it as it is. Open to pointers with this FR because it might just be a skill issue keeping it from staying in tune. Additionally if anyone has a clue where to get rear cavity covers for this thing that would be sweet, the previous owner(s) removed the covers and only replaced (made) the control cavity cover, I will likely make clear plexiglass covers if there's no available options.
