Since the idiot has filmed himself repeatedly over the last 6 months instigating and escalating encounters with black people his self defence plea is dead. Since he has tweets saying that his plan was to "kill a chimp" "walk free" and "cause riots" not only is the 1st degree murder charge sticky, but he could get a hate crime enhancement.

As it stands, he's looking at a good clip in prison especially if they decide to make him serve the terms for all charges consecutively.
