Duux fans, bifl quality or? And which to buy?

I am looking to buy a new fan for my bedroom and i've read some things about the Duux brand that make it seem like a good brand to buy. Though i have read some complaints about fans been broken out of the box or not lasting one summer.

Are there any Duux fan owners here that can tell me more about it?

And, smart vs non-smart duux fan?

I find that the price (most over 100 euros) is pretty steep for a fan, but who knows maybe it's acceptable?

EDIT: I was looking at the Duux Whisper 3 fan and the Duux Whisper flex 2. Had actually almost ordered the 3 for 140 euros but didn't know if the price was correct for it. The whisper flex 2 is currently unavailable in my country and costs 170~180 euros.

If one day a court in the EU were to decide that users on Steam do "own" a game, how big would the legal fallout be for Steam?

Right now on Steam if one "buys" a game or activates a code bought through a disc, they don't "own" the game. They agree to a subscription of it to use the game. They don't pay anything monthly or something it's a one time purchase.

But i've been thinking about what if hypothetically a court in a EU country that can make EU wide decisions, maybe some EU court in Brussels or something decides that in fact over the years Steam may have been misleading users into thinking they purchased the game, and they now order that every user in the EU in fact owns the game, how big would the legal fallout be for Steam?

I have to imagine that they have some sort of contracts with hundreds of game companies that explicitly state a user doesn't "own" the game. That type of legal trouble is what i am thinking about and how it would potentially play out. Maybe contracts are now voided and games get pulled off the platform or other stuff?

"Far right" is increasingly being used as a dog whistle against genuine criticism

In recent times any time there is a protest or criticism against certain policies in Europe, the media, politicians, social media stars very quickly turn to say it's all "far-right" to shut down criticism against policies.

Take for example the recent protests in the UK against the murder of Henry Nowak. Almost all those protests are now being referred to by the media as being "instigated by the far-right" even though a lot of those protesters may not all be far-right. They talk about riots, damage. They rarily actually investigate the current policies of the police and what led to it.

While back when the George Floyd protests were going on if you dared to call the "protesters" rioters you would be the bad guy. You would be a racist! A far-rightist! The media was also mostly mentioning the protests and very rarily talking about the riots. Many big figures calling for change in the police system. Now its turned around. Far right riots are on the front page. Some left politicians are calling for, hammering on that nothing should change in the police policy while the right days there are serious issues. And current protesters are now even protesting against racism by police against white people. Its like a completely different world, almost like both sides changed sides.

Or in some European countries with protests against immigration and status holders. Despite the fact that experts have shown some serious concerns with current policies, if you openly question it its almost automatically, depending on with whom you are talking at the moment, assumed by that person or group of people that you are either part of the right or far right. If you're leftist its pretty much taboo within your circles to talk about it.

Coca cola from Iraq, safe to drink?

Somehow here in the Netherlands a friend of mine managed to find a 24 tray of bottles of Coca Cola that originate from Iraq. I don't know how or when it got here, it's weird. I translated it using Google Translate and it said "Baghdad, Iraq".

I was wondering, does anyone know if Coca Cola from that country is actually safe to drink? I know it's not the most stable of countries and it may have less control, looser rules in the production of foods and drinks.

Did Tony mess up the deal with the Colombians on purpose?

The fact that the Colombian was carrying yayo with him makes me think he genuinely wanted to make a deal but Tony just purposely messed it up because he hates Colombians.

Recently i visited a orthodontist who in preparation for replacing a fixed retainer gave me a retention bracket to use. He informed me that i needed to wear it 24 hours per day. Except during eating. Also keeping it clean, using tooth paste on it and that i wasn't required to brush my teeth each time i had eaten and wanted to use it again. The time period in which i need to wear it is 3 weeks. Now i have searched online and i found conflicting information, even some information that claims that this type of bracket is only meant for night? Also that apparently tooth paste is very damaging for such a bracket? It's only for the upper teeth. It's one of those that is look through and made of some type of plastic. What are experiences of other orthodontists or patients here?
