I had full panel interview last week. Today I got offer from the another company. I updated Meta recruiter starting of the week and still there is no reply yet.

A few days ago, I received a verbal offer from Tesla, and they gave me a number lower than my expectations and market value.
Does tesla usually give low ball offer at first?
Do they Negotiate the offer ? How far they can stretch in terms of percentage
I have a question about my joining date. I will be relocating to the Tesla site from out of state (from the East Coast to the West), and I have personal reasons for not being able to join the position immediately. Is it acceptable to set the joining date three months after the offer date? We will be discussing joining date and other formalities soon

Do all level engineers get an interview with the director? I ask because I'm curious about the Job P level. After the on-site full panel, they scheduled an interview with the director.

I had a full-panel interview three weeks ago for HW engineer position at Apple. 2 weeks ago, the recruiter told me that HM has not made decision yet and they have 1 more candidate for full panel before they make informed decision. I have not heard any decision or feedback from recruiter yet. Is this the sign that they are rejecting me or moving forward with other candidate?
