Planned rocket launch caused 20+ HR delay
Hi, I have just received this back from TUI (UK) after our claim for a 20+ hour delay.
Context, flight got delayed 20+ hours due to Elon Musk's abandoned rocket launch on 26th July.
Given that the spaceX rocket launch was a planned event I'm finding this hard to swallow.
We both lost 2 shifts at work. £600 out of pocket alone for that.
Even if the pilot's hours had impacted his flying time, there would only have needed to be 10 hours between his shifts surely?
Do I have grounds for appeal?

Cruzcampo (UK brewed)
It's a shame in the Uk we can only get UK brewed Cruz. The Spanish original brew is the best tasting lager ever.
It's still head and shoulders above most other UK lagers imho.
