I'm looking to book a hut-to-hut guided tour next summer. Currently scouting packages from Adventure Base and Happy Tracks. Any experiences with these companies? Any others I might want to consider before making a deposit this week?

I am currently awaiting delivery of my second attempted order from Orbit DVD, and for the second time in a row, it appears the package is not arriving despite my including detailed delivery instructions (i.e., an access code for my building's entryway). The first order was marked as being returned to sender with an incomplete address, the second has now been delayed for similar reasons and I worry it will also be returned to sender, leaving me waiting an indeterminate amount of time for refunds (no way to track a USPS parcel's return trip).

I am near certain this is more on USPS than Orbit itself—Orbit's customer service has been nothing short of prompt and courteous in attempting to address this issue—but I am wondering there may be something in the way Orbit transmits addresses to the Postal Service. Has anyone else had problems like this?
