DAE naturally only eat two meals a day and just not get hungry at night?

I recently realized something about my eating habits that apparently seems weird to other people, and now I’m curious if anyone else is like this.

For context, I used to live with my ex and I was the primary cook, so every night I was making full dinners and overall larger meals that were honestly probably more about keeping him full than me. Looking back, I think I was probably overeating just because I was cooking more food and didn’t want it to go to waste.

I’ve been living on my own for about a year now and most days only eat breakfast and lunch. I just genuinely do not even get hungry in the evenings

Breakfast is usually a fck ton of Greek yogurt with banana, honey, and cinnamon. Lunch varies, but I try to focus on protein and fiber and make it filling. After that, I’m pretty much done for the day. I’m not starving at night and even if I am a bit hungry, it’s not for a full blown meal. I do occasionally get the chocolate itch though lol.

Anyway, in recent conversation, someone told me that sounded unhealthy and asked how I even function. It honestly never occurred to me that this might be unusual until they pointed it out.

Does anyone else naturally eat this way? And is this actually unhealthy if I feel fine?

Best AI notes/journaling app for processing therapy sessions afterward?

I recently started therapy and I’m realizing I process a lot of my thoughts after the appointment ends, but I don’t always have the energy or time to sit down and properly journal everything. I’d love something where I can basically brain dump via voice note immediately after a session, then have the app summarize themes, patterns, or questions for me and maybe even suggest things to revisit next time.

I’m asking as a client trying to stay organized and intentional with therapy.

Would especially love recommendations for:

- voice-to-text

- AI summaries or reflections

- identifying recurring themes or patterns

- prompts/questions for future sessions

TIA!!

28 [F4M] #US #Northeast - looking for my person to bother daily

Ditched the apps so here we are 🤸‍♂️

Life is actually in a really good place right now, I just find myself missing having someone consistent to talk to. Someone to chat with throughout the day, send memes to, talk about nothing, or decompress with after the work day.

A little about me: I’m 28, work in corporate, and actually like what I do. I keep a small circle but really value the people in it. Creative, a little sarcastic (in the “I like you” way), loyal, and pretty down to earth. Call me basic, but I like what I like…yoga, reality TV (I will defend Real Housewives!!!), my Kindle, black coffee, long walks. Currently attempting to get into running, which is going…debatably.

Ideally looking for someone in the Northeast who has their life in a good place and is emotionally on the same page. Genuinely kind, a good sense of humor, grounded, ambitious, etc etc. Open to 28–35.

I’m not looking for anything NSFW because I want to actually get to know someone first. If something more develops naturally, great.

Feel free to send a SFW photo, or tell me your favorite comfort show, a conspiracy theory you actually believe, or a hill you’ll die on :)

Hi all! I’m new here and new to running, so I’m hoping to get some guidance.

I signed up for a 10-mile race in November as a way to push myself to commit to something. I’m generally healthy, but not in great shape right now. I used to do yoga consistently but have fallen off over the past year. Signing up for this race is essentially me forcing myself to stick to something.

I’m starting from scratch so would love any beginner tips or training advice.

Also looking for recommendations on:

- Running shoes…mine definitelyyy need to be replaced

- Tech…I was considering an Oura Ring for other reasons but I’m not sure it’s best for tracking runs. Apple Watch? Whoop? Garmin??

- Clothing…where do you shop for good, affordable activewear? I have a good amount but just curious where you shop. Bonus points for affordability 🤞

Appreciate any advice or motivation to get started!
