So long story short I’ve been with Poshmark for years. I was one of the first people to use posh shows, and made a killing on there back when there was only a few of us. Now, all posh shows are basically $5/item or they are well known posters who can sell at higher prices.

I’ve reposted my older listings, added better photos, better descriptions, listed all measurements and fabrics but I can’t seem to sell ANYTHING. I offer price drops, discounted shipping but no one buys. I have quality items listed at reasonable prices, lower than what they have sold on Poshmark for, but everything just sits.

How do you actually have a closet with consistent sales where you aren’t just making the absolute minimum? Do I have to promote my closet?

I truly don’t understand why it is so difficult now. Any help is appreciated because the amount of work I’ve put into this is hate to have to take everything and relist somewhere else, but I’m heavily leaning that way.

I ordered this amazing bag Saturday for a great price, and the seller cancelled the item this morning saying they had to “unexpectedly leave their house and won’t be able to ship in the time frame” but still has her other listings active… I do want to give the benefit of the doubt, but I’m feeling down about it. I feel like as a seller, you should reach out and let your buyers know before cancelling? Just me?

There’s been post after post about the new items dropping, but what I want to know is what styles do you think they will push to the sale section?

I’m guessing the items already on sale will be further discounted, which is sweet. I’d also like an idea of what else could possibly be going for a reasonable price!

I had ordered something July 5th, it was never scanned after “accepted at the post office” and it’s now the 29th with only an “item delayed” status. I opened an inquiry 7 days ago, as this status has been there since the 14th (the delivery date) and the response that I got from Canada Post was appalling.

Canada post will only open an investigation into the whereabouts of a package of the sender requests it. What kind of BS is that? They say in the email - “Our investigation into your request indicates that no scan has been uploaded to the Canada Post tracking system to indicate the delivery of your item” yet won’t do anything about it unless the sender opens an inquiry. I waited 7 days for this update.

Inquiries literally mean nothing to this company and I cannot wait for it to go under.

After reading other posts here, I’m seeing that countless other people have also had their mail delayed (some even from MAY) and I just don’t understand how this company cannot seem to get its shit together. Didn’t they all just get raises and more benefits through their union? F Canada post!

Been using Poshmark for years and have an active closet. I’ve been shopping on there more than selling, and recently I’m just so disgusted by the AI support they’ve implemented.

A few nights ago I submitted an inquiry asking if they could look into where my package is, since I checked Canada post and all they had was ‘order delayed’. It was accepted at the post office July 5, and still nothing.

Instead of a response, I went to check my account the next morning and they changed the order status to delivered, and auto accepted the order. So now the seller has my funds and I don’t have a package. (I’ve already checked the mailbox & called post office)

I’m not sure what garbage AI they use that sees the phrase ‘accepted at the post office’ and goes yup, the buyer has their item. I’m just appalled and after 7 years of using this platform, I think I’m officially done.

Hey friends. Long time posher here (2016!) I have been purchasing coach bags recently and found some truly amazing pieces that I’m so happy with. I wanted to add a Brooklyn 28 shoulder bag in maple, found one for a non-ridiculous price and pulled the trigger! I even messaged the seller to ask about authenticity and she said it was! Anyway, I got it today, the bag is plastic (literally smells like plastic and is WAY too light to be leather), label is different, and the charm holders are literally a different shape. Not sure how I missed it but here I am. Now just hoping I get approved for a return!!!! How long does it usually take to review? This is my first return ever.
