My cat broke a tooth discovered multiple bad ones and now has to remove multiple teeth it was about 4k because they discovered a heart murmur and had to do cardiogram then same week for the 3rd time my dog broke her nail but this time it's not a clean treat at home break it's a split Wich may need a toe amputated I work at dollar general don't get paid shit I have a business but it requires a lot of reinvestment idek at this point I'm beyond overwhelmed does anyone have suggestions

My cat has paradontal disease she knocked out a k9 the root has to be extracted the other k9 has to come out plus a couple more. This morning I took her in and they heard a small heart murmur that wasn't there last Thursday she also has asthma they recommended sonogram and cardiogram can anyone tell me a rough idea of the risks if I don't im getting the cardiogram to be safe they said the sonogram is mostly for the convenience of the cardiologist and it won't show them inside her heart should I get the sonogram to I'm already in it for about 3000 and I can't afford to much more if its not absaloutley necessary I already did the most pretests that I could and they said she was completely healthy aside from finding the heart murmur today idk if it's just something they're trying to make extra money or if it's actually a big risk to not do it and put her under

I keep closing nights because I don't mind the most but I have been closing 4 to 5 nights a week for a year so I started asking for an occasional day shift couldn't ever get one then all of a sudden our fresh day moves to Friday at 8 am the same day as 3 of are vendors and dry truck and usually the vendors get there at 8 am so they decided to give me every Friday as mornings now usually by myself putting up fresh checking in vendors and running the register I think I'm Abt to quit cuz wtf
