All original releases, my God

I'm guessing somebody was playing around with lead in their basement, but Coinstar wasn't having it

I got this as part of a clean-out, and for the life of me I can't identify the letters. Mr. Google seems to think it might be the University of South Carolina, but I don't know. Does anybody have any idea?
