Going to therapy for the first time - will I get in trouble for bringing up weed and alcohol use?

I drink basically every day and have been smoking weed daily since I was a teenager. I want to be honest and tell them all of my issues but it scares me to death. My alcohol use is a pretty serious threat to my health. I don't want to say "yeah I'm drinking every day" and them provide that information to law enforcement or medical personnel.

Contractors

I am working as a TC in my first ServiceNow job and I have no idea how these jobs function normally.

Is it normal to be assigned to various implementation projects at the same time, or shortly after one another? For instance, I just finished an HRSD project, but before that I was on a FSM project. Now I'm on a Now Assist project, and a CSDM project.

Do you normally have time to get smart on a module before starting a project? For the Now Assist project I was given about 2 weeks to get ready before being put on as a lead for the project while also fully booked on another project.

I am asking because the stress is eating me alive and I think I might need a new career path. The leveling of cramming that I have to do makes college look like kindergarten. I don't know if all contractor jobs force you to get smart on new modules constantly or it's just my job.

HRSD project on fire - could use some guidance

Hi all,

I've been tossed into the flames of a Phase 2 HRSD project where a lot of processes are broken regarding their document task process. They have extensive PDFs with many participants. The document tasks generated from these PDF document templates are getting stuck at the participant level (i.e., people aren't completing the document tasks assigned to them). There is a desire to reassign document tasks, but based upon my current understanding, you can't reassign document tasks after they've been generated. They also want to "open up" the PDF fields so that someone can update the information that someone else entered, and to have a log showing who did what. Based upon my current understanding, this isn't possible as well. You can only have one participant enter info onto a particular field via Template Mappings. There is also no way to log changes to the PDF fields.

Am I correct about my assessment of the document task limitations? And does anyone have any ideas on a better process?

The main desire is to have a PDF generated at the end of a request flow that contains info from various people who enter data in various sections. Without document tasks, I'm not sure how this can be completed. The only thing I can think of is to create custom fields on the case table for each field on the PDF, and then to generate a series of record producers to capture info for the various sections. But they want users to be able to update information that was submitted earlier, and do it all from Employee Center. I'm totally at a loss.
