Suspecting ADHD…— is a formal diagnosis worth the cost in Sydney ?

Hey everyone,
I’m based in Sydney and suspecting I might have ADHD, but I’m hesitant to take the jump because the private diagnostic pathway here can easily run $1,000–$2,000+ i don’t have Medicare . I’d love to hear from locals who have gone through the process.
My main symptoms are
Urgency-driven performance: I struggle to start tasks until absolute panic mode sets in right before a deadline.
I perform much better when there’s an urgency.
External accountability dependency: If my boss sets a strict, expected turnaround time and is watching, I perform remarkably well. Without external pressure, I freeze up or delay endlessly.
Task initiation paralysis: Physical and mental resistance to starting even basic or high-priority tasks.
Heavy reliance on systems: I literally have to set reminders and alarms for everything to function reliably and don’t have to remember things.
And FEW OTHERS. I don’t want use the term “ADHD” because it’s getting common for people to use this casually but looking at some patterns, I feel might have this thing.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Recommendation for face masks

Hi Everyone, I'm looking for recommendations on the best face masks available in the Australian market right now.
I'm pretty open whether it's a hydrating sheet mask, a clay/detox mask, or an overnight sleeping mask that you can just slather on before bed and wash off in the morning, I'd love to hear what you use.

How to grow an Instagram account through creative expression/experiments instead of niche-solving?

I’ve been doing a lot of research on Instagram growth strategies, and the advice is almost universally the same that is,Pick a specific niche, solve a problem for a specific audience, and provide some value.
While I understand why that works, but not everybody is trying to teach other people or to solve problems. I am more interested in using Instagram as a space for creative experiments, expression, and sharing things that I personally find interesting or aesthetically compelling.
My goal is to build an audience that engages with the content because they resonate with the creativity or the vibe, rather than because they’re getting a 'tutorial' kind of stuff.
My questions basically is-
Are there specific formats that work for 'experimental' personal branding pages? I’ve seen people succeed with visual storytelling or abstract content, but I'm struggling to figure out how to signal to the algorithm who my content is for if it isn't clearly categorized by a niche.
And How do you balance 'doing what I love' with the algorithm’s need for consistency and clarity?
Just a lil bg- my account is 6 months old with 13 followers, I only started posting from last month… I sometimes get 2000-3000sh views but mostly it’s around 200.
Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Low view count

Hey everyone,
I made a new Instagram account about 6 months ago but never really used it only until last week. I have also block my old private account to limit visibility from my main account’s followers and people I know because I was honestly afraid of judgment.
Just about a week ago I started actually posting reels consistently. Since then, I’ve posted around 10 pieces of content in ~10 days.
So far, every reel is stuck at roughly 110–150 views. Almost no likes, and I have 0 followers currently.
A few things about my setup:
I use an iPhone 16 Pro Max, so camera quality isn’t an issue
Editing is basic mostly Instagram Reels editor
Content is just starting out, I’m still figuring things out and posting daily to improve, no particular niche.
I’m a bit confused because I expected at least some variation in reach or a few reels to push beyond this range.
