hi, this is getting on my NERVES for the past 2 hours. i downloaded pmx editor 0254f following the deviantart post linked by learnmmd. so i downloaded, extracted, tried opening 64 bit, NO RESPONSE. no error, nothing to acknowledge my input. tried 32 bit NO RESPONSE. same as the other one. tried running both as administrator, NO RESPONSE FOR EITHER! deleted the whole folder, tried downloading 0139 (older version), extracted, clicked the application, NO RESPONSE. deleted that folder. tried downloading 0254f again, opening properties on the zip and checking unblock, extracting them with specifically 7zip, opening both, and of course.. STILL. NO. RESPONSE. i downloaded all the things linked in the readme. i am extremely tech illiterate as you can probably tell so i am just LOST. what else can i do, or what might I be doing wrong? thank you so much in advance. it's driving me mad.

this was a youtube channel i watched in early 2021. the content was similiar to cowbelly; compilations of memes from reddit read aloud, but in his own voice. sometimes he would show his face and give his own opinions on some of the memes, while standing in his professionally-lit bedroom. he looked to be in his late teens or early twenties, had pale pinkish skin with freckles, short and curly light brown hair, and round blue eyes. he often said "yeaaaaah!" in an awkward tone. there was a period where his arm broke, and he had to slow down uploads. i think he stopped posting altogether due to his health later that year.
