Are HybexGeffen Really Lying About Manon's Hiatus Being About Health?

I feel like everytime someone tries to suggest Manon is on hiatus to take care of her health, she comes out pretty quickly after, saying that she's perfectly fine. It's never targeted directly but it feels like a response. At first I just assumed it was a coincidence but now idk...
