I need a new muffler since my old one rusted. Photo 1 is the one the body shop mechanic said I should get bc it says 100% stainless steel but he also said its not perfect for the end of the S model. ORIGINAL PERFORMANCE OPMMT5009
Photo 2 is in stock now that says 100% stainless steel and looks like itd fit the straight end of the S model. WALKER 55657
Photo 3 shows the correct end for S model but it says aluminized steel so im not sure if i should get it, on description it has the OEM part the toyota dealer gave me. ANSA TY38357
Last photo is the part I got told to get from the dealership, there is no mention of the material anywhere but the dealership said its aluminized. 174300T060
If I get an aluminized steel one, I really dont want to replace it every 3 years since thats how long the last one lasted.

Dentist said my cap is leaking and in the referral it says theres an infection, is that the same thing?
This root canal is from 2010 when I was 10 :( and it doesn't hurt at all. I have been referred to get it retreated and a new cap its tooth #19 But I've had such bad dental experiences im scared and what if it fails? Then what? I'll get an extraction?
I have nightmares about losing my teeth and I have huge dental anxiety. Please be kind in your response if you think im dumb for not wanting to do it.
I already emailed them my opinion but truly this sucks, its like the one good thing and now we would have to pay?

Had 2 ct scans, 4 ultras sounds, HIDA 66% and today an MRI which results says normal. I also had a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I also took omeprazole and dicyclomine (Bentyl) and they havent helped
My doctor said it could be in my head because I am depressed and to see a psychiatrist.
The pain is real and it hurts. I cant even sleep on my right side.
