Clouds over work today. What type are they and why do they look so flat almost?

Does anyone else feel like this part of the map was underutilized?

I was taking a stroll through San Sebastian in Toussaint yesterday when I realized theres almost nothing to do there! Aside from the tavern/brothel at the docks, one minor merchant at the wine market, and the bootblack who you can briefly chat with, theres nothing to do in this part of the map! I wish it was more like the bits in Novigrad where you can find a tipsy barber who messes up your look, a shady pawn shop, or even just more merchants/craftsmen. Does anyone else feel like this area is underutilized despite how cool it is?

Portal traps arent just for the beginning of the round.

Snatching up characters with steady movement patterns will never not be satisfying.
