We've had ours installed for about 2 years and once we got the settings the way we wanted, we hardly touched the device. Then yesterday I noticed the screen was off and it was offline from the app. Strange. A couple double taps to the screen and I got the "hi" prompt and it came back. Is she toast? Did I miss a setting or update?

Hi folks I have a new 25 premium AWD. A bunch of services have recently expired and now I don't see battery status on my app. What do I need to do to get that feature back? Just seeing grey boxes in those places.
