What are these? Walgreens Heating Pad

My Walgreens heating pad stopped working and the red light that normally means it automatically shut off after so many minutes stays on all the time. I recognize most of the other parts (resistors, capacitors, ICs, etc) but have never seen these before. CM14, PM14, E490222.
