Debating getting a new GPU, need help figuring out what to buy and where.

I've been using a GTX 950 for over 10 years now, and told myself i'd consider upgrading it when something fails to work with it. I bought a capture card the other day, and failed to see that the minimum graphics card requirement was above my GPU. So, it's time for me to start considering it. I really don't need anything fancy, my only requirements are:

  • GTX 10xx or better (not doing any graphics-intensive gaming on this thing)
  • has space for at least 4 monitors (specific ports do not matter, but my current card has 2 DVI, 1 HDMI, and 1 DP)
  • works with my 600W power supply (Raidmax Vortex RX-600AC) (edit: i am going to look into replacing it for something better quality, but I still don't need something with a high wattage.)

Also for the power supply thing, I recreated my PC (excluding my graphics card) in PCPartPicker, and they estimated that the wattage for that was 244W. (If you want the full list of what I added, look here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/kCx6rG)

I don't have a specific budget, I'd rather see what my options are and how much they cost (but of course, the cheaper, the better). I'd also prefer to get something that will last at least a few years before having compatibility issues (if possible, if not the main 3 bulleted points work.)

If anyone has ideas on what GPUs might be worth the purchase, that would be greatly appreciated.

Game Capture Neo keeps glitching out

I have a Nintendo Switch connected to my game capture neo and it keeps doing this with the video where it moves on its own before glitching out (see full glitch at around 0:39)
I tried using different HDMI cables (even bought new ones for this), and I am using the included USB cable. I have an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, 32 GB RAM, and a GTX 950.
The audio works normally, it's only muted because of recording settings on my end (audio also functions perfectly fine even when visuals break). It seems that unplugging and replugging in the HDMI cable that connects to the switch will sometimes fix it, so maybe it has to do with that?

I have extremely high arches and play on a foam pad (I don't have the space for a hard pad, or enough experience to justify the price) I've heard playing with socks is better to help keep the sensors from wearing down, but I can't play for too long before my feet start hurting. Would it be better to play in shoes that I can fit my insoles in, even if it means the sensors might wear out faster? Is there maybe something I can use to support my arches while not wearing full-on shoes?
