So I recently broke my headphones, granted they still work but in only one ear. So I'd like to get some new ones but have no idea which brand is good, looking online just leads to people being sponsored to say positive stuff so I have no idea if their genuinely good or not. Any recommendations? (Preferably noise cancelling)

This happened fairly after i moved into my current house and long before my younger brother was born, so i was the only child in the house.

One night, i remember myself staying up late on my phone but then heard footsteps upstairs, at first I thought it was my mom but when i listened closely I noticed they were a lot lighter than my parents. Either way I quickly hid my phone and faked sleeping as the footsteps were coming to my bedroom door.

Now this is the part that freaked me out the most, the footsteps stopped right outside my door, and then whoever it was started laughing. It sounded like a child’s laugh. After that the laughter continued downstairs and I don’t remember anything after that.

My parents put it down to just my imagination but I don’t think it was. I have no history with sleep paralysis or anything of the sorts and I would like a second opinion.

Also something that could be related, when my brother turned three, he was in my room and just pointed to a corner under my tv and stated “she’s here.” I have no idea who “she” is but the space under my tv is just big enough for a child to stand under.
