TiB/FiB open compound fracture new pain after 3 weeks.

Had surgery on the 18th of last month. No pain just discomfort until 3 days ago now I have a little knot/pocket of swelling above kneecap. And sharp pain on the inside left portion of knee when I try to bend or pick up my leg. Hurts 10/10. No redness or anything the swelling is only in that one little spot and minimal.

Does this sound like normal healing? It’s brand new pain?

Should I get an Xray? Or wait till tomorrow and call ortho nurse?

They put a nail through my TiB, they went above the knee.

Thanks for any and all responses.

Do you keep a switch even tho your not utilizing all ports?

Started trying to "homelab" and found myself bouncing around projects quite a bit, I feel like I've gathered redundant gear along the way that I really don't know what the hell to do with now?

I'm getting ready to take my CCNA so I bought some switches off eBay, threw them in, found myself using CML personal and packet tracer instead, still do daily. I buy this and that, with plans for it and then that's it.

I guess I like the idea of it? I'm not sure but I feel overwhelmed kind of because I don't really know what I'm going towards.

For example I have this USW 24 pro max and then I got a 8 POE lite to run my access point, hell I could probably just sale the USW 24 pro max and all these other switches and just use the UDM pro with the 8 PoE lite have a much simpler set up.

Anyway, would like to chat about this, feeling overwhelmed and little disheartened. Hell, this rack is so heavy I can hear my Amazon desk creaking right now, the hell am I doing?

Is less more?

iPhone 14 Pro Max prox sensor?

First one I’ve ever tried to repair.

Attempting battery swap.

Looks like proximity sensor pulled away from the screen?

Did I screw jt up?

Can someone explain to me what’s going on here?

20 dollar goodwill find U-Turn orbit

I just got it home. I don’t know anything about u turn or turntables hardly. I’ve had a few audio technica.

Was this worth 20 bucks?

And what do I need to do to get it going? It has a preamp with it. But I’m going to use it with a vintage receiver.

Any guidance on this is appreciated.

Work phone question?

I have a personal cell phone, that is also my work phone.

I get a stipend for it and use it for email, teams, help desk calls etc.

HR told me to not use my phone while I’m working with a user. There have been complaints that I’m in my phone while I’m helping a user.

I get multiple phone calls a day hundreds of users, I have a a L1 guy that helps me but is often off site.

I tried to tell them I am being efficient and multitasking to solve issues, and the other issue may be of more importance. I don’t know if I don’t answer the phone?

I have been trying to not answer the phone as much and I’m getting users complaining that I’m not answering the phone???!?

Is this not solvable?

It’s me and one other guy, I’m the sysadmin. 500 + users. Some days the phone calls are pretty heavy.

Anyone have experience with this?

Users complaining about this?

Thanks for all responses.

EDIT: My HR manager is also the IT manager..

2000 2 wheel drive Wheel size question.

Curious as to what wheels I should get for my ford ranger. It’s a 2000 2.5 5 speed 2 wheel drive. Not lifted or anything.

I thought about some American racing Baja wheels, I’d like for them to stick out a little bit, nothing crazy. Maybe an inch or so.

Will I be better off doing a 15x8 with a 3.75 backspacing?
Or get a 15x10?

I appreciate all responses.
