Miao Ying, the Storm Dragon painted up for Dragon Con's Golden Dragon contest! As always, C+C welcome!

Been a while since I painted something, so what better way to knock the rust off than jumping right in with a competition piece! Is she perfect? No, but I am incredibly proud of and happy with how she turned out, especially given I haven't painted in months.

Painted exclusively with ProAcryl paints. Recipes available upon request. Snow effect made with AK Interactive's snow paste and snow sprinkles.

When is it too late to switch from pumping to breastfeeding?

Hey folks. Little one was born at 36w5d and is now 11 weeks old. He struggled to latch from the beginning so I've been pumping since the beginning. Early on I tried to get him to latch before feeding him expressed milk but it wasn't really working out - he'd go from 0 to 60 so quick with his hunger cues, and his frustration from not latching made it so much worse. So I've basically been EP for two months without really trying to get him to latch.

The thing is, it's really starting to take a toll on my mental health - if I'm not feeding him from bottle, I'm pumping. If I'm not pumping, I'm doing house stuff/cleaning/cooking/etc. If it's not that, I'm feeding...you see where I'm going with this. So have any of you had any luck getting baby to latch at around 3 months if they've been bottle fed EBM from the jump? Or am I out of luck?

Marriott (slowly) releasing rack rate rooms

The Marquis currently has released a limited number of Concierge-level king rooms. Pricey, but if you happen to have money to burn they're there.
