For those who started TRT whilst on mounjaro.

Did you notice it aided in the weight loss?

I’m due to start TRT soon and curious what to expect

Does TRT help ADHD related symptoms

Curious if TRT has helped those with adhd or similar?

One of my traits is starting something, getting that dopamine hit of starting if. Then letting it just fade away unfinished.

Anyone related? Feel I may be stretching the positive side effects of TRT here.

Are networking groups like BNI worth it it?

We recently launched a B2B debt collection agency, focusing on unpaid invoices, min 2.5k value and we chase like there’s no tomorrow.

Looking at ways to get more business, we already do a lot of cold outreach which works fantastically.

But wondering if groups like BNI are worth it? They feel very cultly but I also know people have great success with them.

Obviously others similar ones are out there.

I run two B2B agencies in the UK - but our client base is mainly the US/Canada.

I need a hungry setter to handle outbound calling across both.

You'll be calling prospects from lists we build for you. Real conversations, qualify the lead, book a discovery call into my calendar. That's the job. I close.

What you'll do

• Work the list we give you (UK and US)

• 3 to 5 hours of focused dialling per day

• Qualify against our ICP and book the call

• Light follow up on no-shows by email and text

• Weekly call review with me so you get sharper

No closing. No long calls. No selling on the phone. Just book qualified calls that show up.

The comp (commission only)

• 30% of the set up fee OR the first month's retainer, whichever is greater

• Per-show fee on held calls, happy to discuss what works for you

• Recurring monthly fee on closed clients can be negotiated once performance is proven

Set up fees run $2,000 to $4,000+. Monthly retainers run $2,000 to $6,000+. Average client stays 8 months+.

Realistic earnings

OTE $5K to $10K+ a month with no cap. We have capacity for a lot of clients, so the ceiling is your output. Setters who book consistently and close 2 to 4 deals a month sit in that range. Push higher and there's nothing stopping you.

You're a fit if you

• Have outbound B2B phone experience (agency, SaaS, recruitment, fundraising, telco, any high-volume phone job)

• Sound human on the phone, not scripted

• Can handle 60+ dials a day without losing energy

• Don't need babysitting and actually show up daily

• Want a long-term seat with growing comp, not a one-off gig

You're not a fit if you

• Need a guaranteed salary from day one

• Have never picked up a phone for a living

• Want something passive

That's the shape. Direct, no fluff, you control the frame, you book the call. Full script, objection handling and ICP brief provided on day one.

To apply

DM me with:

  1. Where you've called and what you sold

  2. Your best week of bookings and how many showed up

  3. An example of one of your calls - or voicenote if you don't have any examples.

  4. Your location (not that it really matters)

I'll come back to everyone who fits the brief within 48 hours.

Looking to bring on 2-3 setters in the next 1-2 weeks.

If you've read this far - as an agency we also build other brands that we own, so we may expand on the above if performance fits.

Started a new business that is b2b debt collection.

It’s an area I researched for a while and I’m a multi business owner already so know the pains of invoices not being paid every now and then.

However I’m curious on how best to advertise this, I was thinking the following but I’m sure I’m missing some low hanging fruit.

- cold emails, think this is my biggest win for getting new clients.

- social media, I’m running this in semi-stealth mode so not sure how viable this would be.

- ads - google? Or LinkedIn perhaps?

- seo, I know this is the slowest way but something I’m starting.

What am I missing? I’d like to onboard 10 clients within the nest 60 days.
