What are these lines in the ocean?

You can see feint, curved lines in the ocean, and I’m curious to know what they are? Is it possibly oil that has leaked from a ship? This is on the coast of the Royal National Park in NSW.

I am connected to the internet by Ethernet but it still says I’m not connected to the internet?

I ran a diagnostics and even windows says that I am connected to the internet, but when I try to search something up it says no connection. I am on windows 11 I believe. It says it’s something to do with my proxy and it’s telling me to go to settings and press “automatically detect settings” but istg there’s no options for that.
