TLDR: Use common sense and critical thinking before posting a question.

I don't intend to be nor sound condescending but I see a lot of posts on PH (local) subs asking questions with incredibly obvious answers.

For those who do, the following would help you get your answers before or even without the need to post:

1. Use your common sense. This is the most important step. In most if not all cases, common sense alone would give you a definitive answer to your question. You'll be amazed at how useful it is. But only if and when you use it.

If you still don't have a clear answer, proceed to the next step.

2. Use critical thinking. This would help you derive insight from circumstances surrounding your question, usually logical enough to give you an answer.

However, if you've done these and are still genuinely unsure of the answer, then by all means go ahead to post your question.

Now many of you might think or say that these are basic and obvious; and I certainly agree with you. But apparently and to many, they're not.

Hello. As the title says.

When I attempt to login to my Pinterest account using my email and password I get an error saying "Invalid phone number."

Not sure why it's saying that when I'm logging in using email and password.

I'm sure I get the password right because when I deliberately enter a wrong one I get a different error (email or password is incorrect).

Has anyone encountered this before? Any suggestions on how to get through? Thanks
