Healing finger wounds???

Hey yall
This is kind of a desperate question 😭
A little context, I mainly pick/bite my fingers, mostly around the nail and the cuticles themselves.
I'm getting engaged in a couple days (yes it's planned, we're autistic, and no I don't know how he's gonna do it, I just know the day)
I've been desperately trying to heal my fingers in preparation. I've been pretty good about not picking especially on my left hand but of course I slipped up and picked at my middle finger. Anyone have any advice for healing it quickly? It's honestly not that deep and never bled. I'm hoping covering it with a bandaid and aquaphor for the next few days will do the trick but I wanted to see if anyone had any quick remedies
Thank you ❤️

Happy post!!!!

I've been seeing a lot of negativity on this sub lately so I just wanna share something positive!! (and a lil selfish, but whatever!)
My boyfriend (ftm) and I (cis woman) are going to the beach in less than a week for my bday and I'm pretty sure he's proposing!!!! I'm so excited I can't wait! I just love him so much and I'm so happy I met the love of my life. He's the best partner I've ever had and I wouldn't trade him for anything. ❤️❤️❤️

Hi guys! Just wondering if anyone knows what they're planning on doing with this bug? It says on their status website that those tasks have been deleted? Should I just scrap them and move on? Just sucks cause one of them was a 4 pt laff boost and I was so close to finishing it 😭

Arizona Licensing Question

Hi there!
I'm making this post in hopes there's someone on here who understands Arizona licensing more than I do! I moved here from NH, and I've been working at a small center for about 3 months. I have my own room of one year olds.
I understand things are different out here than in NH but I just have a couple concerns and I wanna see if it's just me?
My biggest concern is our door. Each room has their own door to the parking lot, and we're in a shopping center off a busy street. All of the doors lock from the outside, and have some sort of safety mechanism so the children can't open it. Except my door. It has a deadbolt lock on it, and I've been using it daily. We also had one of those safety locks so the kiddos can't open it. However, over the weekend, the owners removed the safety lock, installed a door alarm, and said I can no longer lock the door. I thought this was strange and unsafe. Of course, my biggest fear came true. One of the kiddos opened the door and started to go outside, despite the alarm. Luckily I was nearby and ran up to get him. I immediately locked the door. Not long after, the owner comes in and asks why the door was locked. I explained the situation to her and all she said was "that's why we have the alarm. Licensing says we can't lock it" I put my foot down and said it's unsafe and someone is gonna get hurt in traffic. She said she will talk to her husband and see what they can do. I just find this a bit crazy, and I've never heard of anything like this before. I personally feel it's incredibly unsafe and my guess is that licensing would say the opposite of what they're saying.

Another concern is which is smaller but still strange, they told me our curtains/blinds need to stay open during nap time. Again, I'm in Arizona. It gets BRIGHT in my room, and it totally affects their sleep. Not a big safety concern like my other point, but it's just weird to me.

There's a few other weird/annoying things at this place so I'm looking into other centers. I don't wanna go because I love the kids but something about this place gives me the ick.
Any thoughts/advice would be appreciated. Thanks!!
