First time traveling over seas solo and will go to Beirut, Lebanon in a few months with an over night stay in Turkey. English speaker with little knowledge of Turkish language and beginner in Arabic. All advice, tips, must-see, and recommendations are welcome.
What is the range accounts are sold for?
TLDR: my account was hacked about 3 weeks ago and reported to PUBG mobile with no resolution. Anyone have recommendations how to resolve or contact number to call company?
I’m hoping someone here has dealt with this before because PUBG support hasn’t been able to resolve it.
Someone gained unauthorized access to my account. They spent my UC and continue changing my avatar and clothing.
PUBG itself detected abnormal logins from unknown devices and sent me security alerts. I changed my Facebook and Google passwords, enabled 2FA, reviewed my Google account for unknown devices and third-party apps, and found nothing suspicious.
For over a week there were no abnormal logins. During that time, my phone became the primary device again and I was able to relink my Facebook and Google accounts. I thought the issue was finally fixed.
Then the unauthorized user logged in again.
I still have access to my account and can play normally, but somehow the other person can still access it too.
PUBG support has only given generic responses so far. My main concern is that it seems like there’s an active session or trusted device that was never revoked.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Were you able to get PUBG to revoke all active sessions or remove unauthorized devices?
Is there a way to escalate to the Account Security team?
Is there anything else I should check that I may have missed?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I’m trying to secure my account before I lose more UC or items.
