i read that you can cover a spot above the buttons to eliminate the sunlight-fading issue on the x4. i was wondering if that is also helpful when dealing with the greyish grittiness sunlight issue of the x3, as reading in the sun is very important for me. can any1 with an x3 confirm wether covering that spot on the x3 helps with this issue?

1. i watched an unboxing and am confused now: do you get the accessory kit (card reader, screen protector) included if you order the x3 or do you need to order everything seperately?
2. should i order the black or the white x3? do they perform differently in the sunlight?

I saw that for the fading issues of the x4 you can put a piece of tape in a certain place above the buttons...

Does this also fix the black dots issue on the x3? Also: do black and white versions differ in terms of their usability in the sun?

the only thing holding me back is that i tell myself: you already have your phone with you, you dont need another device for reading (i read on my phone using koreader). for people who read on their phones before: how is the reading experience in comparison? and how is the comfort/ergonomicshow it weightwise?

The Now Bar is one of the most annoying things Samsung has added in a while. There’s no proper universal off switch, disabling it costs you native lockscreen media controls, and the new small UI is way more finicky than the old one, and takes more taps to fully engage with it.

It’s the perfect example of enshittification: take something simple, make it worse, call it innovation, and then shove it down everyone’s throat like AI slop.
